Energy Consumption Management

Cherbourg Maupertus Airport is committed to controlling energy consumption, including electricity, gas, and fuel (heating, air conditioning, transportation...), to contribute to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.

Actions implemented:

Indicators for monthly monitoring of electricity, gas, and fuel consumption. Progressive replacement of conventional lighting with energy-efficient lighting (LED). Installation of automatic detection systems. Improved operation of the terminal's heating system. Building insulation works.

Water Consumption Management

The airport is committed to controlling water consumption and ensuring water quality to protect this precious resource.

Actions implemented:

Indicators for monthly monitoring of water consumption. Tools for reporting malfunctions (water leaks, etc.).
